A fully equipped mock ward featuring standard hospital beds, IV poles, bedside tables, medication trolleys, and German nursing documentation charts (Kurven).

Students wear active scrub suits and complete tasks under the realistic pressure of a Vienna or Munich hospital shift.
The Native Patient Program
Real Senior Actors
We employ retired German and Austrian seniors living in the Philippines to play the role of “Simulated Patients”.
Dialect Exposure
Trainees practice with real native speakers, experiencing authentic regional dialects such as Wienerisch or Styrian, as well as standard German.
Cultural Nuances
Students learn to navigate cultural directness, humor, and “Raunzen” - the unique Austrian style of complaining - in a supportive, safe environment.
The 4-Module Simulation Curriculum
Module A: Admission & “Anamnese”
The Challenge: Conduct an admission interview with a nervous, confused, or fast-talking patient.
Key Focus: Asking open and closed questions, understanding mumbled speech, and comforting patients.
Module B: “Körperpflege” & Dignity
The Challenge: Assist an elderly patient with morning hygiene while maintaining warm, empathetic dialogue.
Key Focus: Mastering small talk and using respectful “Sie-Form” politeness during intimate procedures.
Module C: Conflict & “Schmerzmanagement”
The Challenge: Handle a grumpy patient who is refusing medication, complaining, or in pain.
Key Focus: De-escalation, pain-scale assessments, and patient negotiation.
Module D: “Übergabe” & Visite
The Challenge: Summarize the patient’s medical status to doctors or incoming-shift colleagues.
Key Focus: Switching seamlessly from warm patient language to precise, technical Medical German.
The Feedback Loop
After every simulation, trainees receive immediate feedback on patient feelings, linguistic corrections from a German teacher, and optional video reviews to adjust body language.
