The Reimbursement Model
Trainees may initially invest in their own training to secure a spot in the program. However, this training fee is fully reimbursed to the trainee upon their successful deployment to a European employer sourced through CTC-Hitcon or its partners. This ensures that the ultimate cost of job-readiness is borne by the employer, in line with the highest ethical standards.
